How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your place, what you want done and how often — so rather than publish a vague range, we built a booking tool that itemises the exact number for your home. Nothing is charged until you have seen the full total.
Do I need to be home?
No, and plenty of customers never are. Add your entry details to the access notes when you book — they are encrypted, and only the cleaners assigned to your visit can read them.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. The team arrives with its own products and equipment, so there is nothing to buy or set out. If you would prefer we use something of yours, say so in the booking notes.
What if I need to cancel or move my booking?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window and we refund in full. Inside 24 hours the team is already committed to your slot, so a fee applies — the details are on our cancellation policy page.
Are your cleaners insured and checked?
Every cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked before their first job, and we carry full liability insurance and bonding. We can send certificates to your strata or building manager on request.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. If it is still not right after that, we refund the visit.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Metro Vancouver — the city itself plus Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore, the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Delta, Langley and White Rock. Enter your postal code in the booking tool and it will confirm instantly.
